As the Accessibility Specialists, we provide a wide variety of services which provide support for every individual’s situation and housing requirements.

Depending on whether you need an accessible property, you are searching for a client or you need promotion of your accessible property, each will mean different services and fees. For that reason, wherever you are, please do get in touch for a chat or to send us your requirements?

Consultation: For our free, no obligation consultation, which usually lasts no more than an hour (By phone, or zoom currently) this is our opportunity to find out more about you and how we can assist. You can also find out more about us, how we operate and the services we offer.  We know it is important to go through every requirement in detail, so we know what you need and offering the personal service we do, we want you to feel comfortable with us from the outset.

Costs: Our rates, charges and discounts are dependent upon the individual requirements and circumstances and these will be discussed during the consultation and then set out in full within our proposal.

Our extensive combined experience in property for over the past twenty plus years our expertise in disability property for the past six year, means that we can provide services covering virtually every aspect of our clients’ needs.
