Accessible property successfully found after a long and challenging search!

As you may know, we search for accessible and adapted properties for those who need them. We were contacted by a Solicitor on behalf of their client, who had a problematic search for a property. They had a long list of requirements needing a bungalow or bottom heavy house with level access, a minimum of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a garden and parking. All of this in very specific areas in East London!!

As you can imagine, this has been a difficult search and it has been ongoing for some time… We persevered, visiting many properties, looking at creative ways to adapt if not suitable.

We are thrilled we have found our clients the perfect property, which matched their requirements and ticked every box. With such a large open space, it means the family can spend time together all the time.
