The access to the front door is a low threshold and there is level access laminate wooden flooring design throughout. All doors internally and externally are wide and the same with the corridors.

The lounge reception room /dining room/kitchen with plenty of plug sockets, all at accessible level from floor. The kitchen although not wheelchair accessible is all new and fully fitted with integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob & cooker. Extractor hood over hob.
